Positition : Marketing Supervisor Salary Budget : IDR 10.000.000 – IDR 13.000.000 (Gross) Key Responsibilities:
· proactive and capable of negotiating with customers, including price revisions, new parts proposals, and issue resolution · route sales and new business development for specific clients in the construction machinery industry in JKT · Conducting market research, analysing customer needs and competitors, and reporting findings
· Conduct weekly customer visits, build networks, deepen relationships with key decision-makers · Responding to requests, making proposals to customers · Manage quotation cases, increase opportunities, and report status to your supervisor to ensure activities lead to orders
· Experienced in master data management, price adjustments and negotiations, as well as managing inventory, lead-times, and purchase order · Understanding and managing SAP B-1/WMS operations
Kualifikasi
- 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in machinery spare parts industry
- 3. Strong leadership and team management skills
- 4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- 5. Target-oriented with strong analytical ability
- 6. Excellent in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- 7. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- 8. Willing to travel as required
