MARKETING SUPERVISOR

About the role PT Novo Complast Indonesia is seeking an experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a contract position based in Medan Kota, Sumatera Utara . As Marketing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing marketing initiatives, managing team activities, and driving brand awareness to achieve our organisational objectives. Key responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the marketing team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company objectives and target market segments

Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyse campaign effectiveness to optimise results and ROI Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively across various initiatives Oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, advertising, promotional activities and public relations

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain market competitiveness Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all touchpoints Train, mentor and support marketing team members to enhance their skills and professional development

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, achievements and recommendations for management review Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and build business relationships What we're looking for
