• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage marketing inventory and stock
• Coordinate property-related services and requirements with the Building Management team
• Coordinate site tours and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution
• Support the planning and execution of partnership programs and marketing events
• Prepare and monitor monthly reimbursement requests, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking
• Coordinate tax-related matters, ensuring proper documentation and effective communication with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor office administrative systems and documentation
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in marketing; experience in the property industry is an advantage ( fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong organizational skills with a strategic and creative mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
