Requirement 3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or HR tech Proven track record generating inbound leads that converted to sales pipeline
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and at least one CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning Comfortable owning a full campaign from brief to results
Strong writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Nice-to-have Existing network in the Indonesian HR community
Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise (50–5,000 employees) Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) for quick asset creation
Understanding of Indonesian HR/payroll regulations as content credibility
