Dalam peran ini, Anda bertugas mengoordinasikan berbagai program pemasaran dan penjualan untuk kelompok produk yang telah ditentukan. Anda akan bekerja sama erat dengan pimpinan departemen, tim kreatif, vendor, serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk menganalisis tren pasar, memantau kinerja produk dan tingkat persediaan, mengoordinasikan kegiatan promosi, serta mengevaluasi laporan pemasaran harian dan bulanan guna mendukung pencapaian bisnis perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate the implementation of marketing and sales programs for the assigned product groups; Analyze market trends, product performance, and competitor strategies to support marketing activities; Develop promotional and product communication materials in collaboration with creative teams and vendors; Monitor product inventory levels to ensure alignment with projected market demand; Support the Department Head in preparing reports and evaluating daily and monthly marketing performance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration , or a related field; Experience in marketing, product management, sales, or related functions will be an advantage; Good understanding of marketing programs, sales activities, product performance, and market analysis; Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and product performance; Good understanding of inventory monitoring and demand projections; Experience coordinating promotional activities and working with creative teams or external vendors; Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing marketing programs and reporting activities; Ability to support performance monitoring and evaluation through daily and monthly reports; Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
