Job Description Develop and execute annual marketing, branding, and PR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and develop the Marketing Communications team while ensuring operational excellence and KPI targets are met.
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities across online and offline channels. Manage marketing budgets, annual marketing plans, and campaign performance to maximize business results. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Principal, media, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
Oversee brand management, public relations, corporate communications, and Subaru's digital presence. Collaborate with Sales, After Sales, Dealer Network, and other internal stakeholders to support business growth. Develop customer engagement initiatives, including CRM programs, customer events, and test drive activities.
Monitor market trends, evaluate campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations through regular reporting. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
Proven experience in Marketing & Public Relations Strong understanding of branding, media relations & marketing strategy Excellent communication & leadership skills
