Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the F&B or restaurant industry
• Proven experience managing GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, or other food delivery aggregator platforms
• Strong understanding of commercial marketing, sales growth strategies, and campaign performance analysis
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Placement: Head Office – Ciputat Timur, Tangerang Selatan

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth across food delivery platforms, including GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, and other aggregator channels
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with aggregator platforms to maximize commercial opportunities
• Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer acquisition
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics to optimize marketing strategies
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and business opportunities to support sustainable growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
• Lead and develop the Marketing team while managing the department's budget and performance
