THE BENCH GROUP Canggu - Uluwatu The Bench Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing across our portfolio of venues in Bali — The Bench Brewery (Uluwatu), The Bench Canggu, Masonry, and Bar Vera. This is a full-time, Bali-based role reporting directly to ownership. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years marketing experience, with significant experience working in Bali — mandatory Fluent English, written and spoken — mandatory Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Video editing skills Working knowledge of AI tools and marketing applications Demonstrated experience managing social media teams and large accounts Strong portfolio required Responsibilities Own and execute the marketing strategy across all Bench Group venues Manage and lead the creative team — designers, videographers, social media managers Oversee all content production: photo, video, graphic, copy, and digital Manage social media across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms Drive paid digital advertising — Meta, Google, influencer campaigns
