This is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving marketing initiatives and overseeing the commercial success of our e-commerce platform and distribution operations. As Marketing Director, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand presence, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and leading our team to achieve ambitious growth targets in the competitive wine and beverage e-commerce market.

Key responsibilities Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and e-commerce growth targets
Leading, managing, and mentoring the marketing team to ensure optimal performance and professional development Overseeing brand positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring strong return on investment across all campaigns
Driving customer acquisition and retention strategies through targeted digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing initiatives Collaborating with e-commerce, sales, and distribution teams to ensure cohesive marketing support for product launches and promotional activities Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for business growth and market differentiation
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitoring marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact Managing relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and external vendors Overseeing website optimisation, user experience enhancements, and digital customer journey improvements
