The Marketing & Content Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the overall content and social media strategy. This role will focus on brand authority, audience growth, CEO personal branding, and content consistency to support lead generation and business growth. Develop and execute monthly social media and content strategies aligned with company goals. Create and maintain a structured content calendar for all platforms. Plan content themes, campaign directions, and storytelling angles. Grow brand visibility, audience engagement, and Instagram authority. Optimize content for organic reach, trust-building, and audience retention. Develop and manage CEO personal branding strategy across digital channels. Maintain strong and consistent brand positioning for company. Write compelling captions, content hooks, and copywriting aligned with the brand voice. Coordinate filming schedules, content production, and publishing timelines. Ensure consistency in posting schedules and content standards. Identify and establish strategic collaborations with relevant industry partners Coordinate partnership campaigns and co-branded content opportunities. Build mutually beneficial relationships to expand brand reach and credibility. Monitor and evaluate content performance, audience engagement, and growth trends.
