Coordinate with external parties such as agencies, vendors, and media partners to support the execution of marketing programs. Strategically manage official social media accounts to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Prepare communication media performance reports, including content effectiveness analysis and campaign ROI, to support decision-making. Provide coaching and mentoring to the team to improve competencies, work quality, and productivity.
