Marketing Associate Manager – BINUS Online (Bandung)

Job Descriptions: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, plans, campaigns, and events to achieve business and customer acquisition targets. Lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives to drive enrollment growth, customer satisfaction, and brand equity.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop competitive products, strengthen brand positioning, and support corporate objectives. Manage admission planning and operations, ensuring effective execution and compliance with established guidelines. Conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor insights, and evaluate marketing performance to optimize strategies and business results.

Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major Have a minimum of 6 years of work experience, including at least 2 years at a managerial level in a related field

Prior experience in a service-oriented industry is preferred (such as education/banking/hospitality/etc) Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proven track record in achieving sales, revenue, or customer acquisition targets.
