Posisi Market Survey Coordinator bertanggung jawab penuh dalam melakukan riset pasar secara berkala, menganalisis tren pasar serta aktivitas kompetitor, dan merumuskan rekomendasi strategis demi mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan. Peran ini melibatkan pengembangan rencana survei, supervisi kegiatan lapangan, penyusunan laporan riset yang komprehensif, serta koordinasi aktif dengan tim lapangan maupun departemen terkait demi memastikan keakuratan data dan pencapaian target bisnis yang optimal di wilayah Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct periodic market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and business opportunities; Analyze market survey data and translate findings into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making; Develop survey plans, methodologies, and schedules to ensure effective and accurate data collection; Supervise and monitor field survey activities to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with established procedures and targets; Coordinate with field survey teams and relevant departments to ensure the timely completion of survey activities; Prepare comprehensive market research reports, including key findings, performance analysis, and recommended action plans; Oversee and improve promotional activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy; Evaluate survey effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve research methods, field execution, and data quality; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Experience in market research, market analysis, field survey operations, or a related role; Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful market insights; Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable business strategies; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage; Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both with data and in field operations; Willing to conduct field visits as required; Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
