ABeam Indonesia is a consulting firm focused on delivering high-quality business solutions, including business process improvement, ERP implementation (such as SAP), and digital transformation. The Manufacturing Group Lead will oversee the Manufacturing Business Unit, reporting directly to the Business Unit Lead. This role involves developing and executing business strategies, managing P&L responsibilities (budgeting and forecasting), and building strong relationships with key clients as a trusted advisor. The lead will also identify new business opportunities, drive sales efforts, and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred); 15-20 years of experience in management consulting or industry leadership within manufacturing; Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects, especially in ERP (SAP preferred), supply chain, or operations; Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing trends and challenges in Southeast Asia; Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus; Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organization; Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
