Sebuah perusahaan multinasional di bidang perdagangan (MNC Trading Company) yang berlokasi di Tangerang mencari seorang Mandarin Speaker Supply Chain Manager. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam industri perdagangan dan pengemasan yang membutuhkan profesional berpengalaman untuk mengelola rantai pasok secara strategis. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mencari dan mengidentifikasi vendor serta pabrik yang sesuai untuk produk pengemasan, meminta dan membandingkan kuotasi harga, kualitas, serta waktu tunggu (lead times), serta mengoordinasikan sampel produk. Manager Supply Chain juga bertugas bekerja sama erat dengan tim sales dan Tim Operasional China guna memastikan spesifikasi produk terpenuhi, memantau kemajuan pengadaan barang, memelihara basis data dan hubungan baik dengan supplier, serta melaporkan kinerja mutu dan isu penting kepada manajemen.
Tanggung jawab: Search for and identify suitable vendors and manufacturers for packaging products; Request and compare quotations to evaluate pricing, product quality, and lead times; Coordinate with vendors to request, track, and follow up on product samples; Work closely with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and product specifications; Liaise with the China Operations Team on vendor inquiries, product specifications, quotations, and sample arrangements; Follow up on sourcing progress and ensure timely communication between vendors and internal teams; Maintain updated records of vendors, quotations, samples, and product specifications; Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers; Report quality performance, improvement progress, and key issues to management and stakeholders; Other responsibilities as needed; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree; High Conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency (ability to communicate effectively with expats); Minimum 7 years of experience as Procurement Management in Trading and Manufacturing company in the Packaging/Garment industry; Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; [Only CV in English will be processed].
