MANDARIN SPEAKER / MANDARIN TRANSLATOR

About the role Indonesia Bole Yuma Human Resources Group is seeking a dynamic and skilled Mandarin Speaker/Mandarin Translator to join our administrative support team. This is a full-time position based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah . As a Mandarin Speaker/Translator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our organisation and Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders. This position is essential to our operations, enabling us to provide seamless linguistic and cultural support across various business functions and ensuring that language barriers do not hinder our ability to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities Provide accurate and professional translation services for written documents, including contracts, correspondence, reports, and business communications in both Mandarin and English Deliver verbal interpretation and real-time translation during meetings, presentations, negotiations, and client interactions

Assist with administrative coordination and communication between international teams and Mandarin-speaking partners Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information and communications Support cultural liaison activities to enhance understanding between diverse business partners

Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards Maintain organised records of translated documents and maintain translation glossaries for consistency Assist with scheduling, correspondence management, and other administrative duties as required

Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry terminology and best translation practices What we're looking for Fluent and professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) with near-native or native-level competency
