About the role We are seeking a talented HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Batam Riau Islands, Indonesia. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's human resource functions and contributing to the organisation's overall success. What you'll be doing Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workforce planning Administering employee benefits, payroll, and leave management systems

Conducting HR audits and generating reports to identify areas for improvement Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development initiatives Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and values

What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Supervisor or Generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR information systems
