We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Tour Leader , responsible for facilitating enriching experiences and ensuring smooth operation of our educational-business travel programs. Plan, prepare, and execute educational study tour programs, including developing itineraries, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth program delivery. Present and introduce local businesses, products, services, industry insights, and the overall business environment of the host country to study tour participants.
Organize seminars, company visits, business exchanges, and learning sessions related to entrepreneurship, management, and industry best practices. Support participant recruitment by leveraging local and international enrollment channels and assist in promoting study tour programs across different markets. Execute participant conversion strategies and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
Develop and manage partnerships with enterprises, service providers, and vendors required for study tour operations, including accommodation, transportation, dining, insurance, healthcare, and other logistical support. Design engaging study tour proposals, travel itineraries, and promotional materials to enhance participant experience and program visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and deliver high-quality educational travel experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (minimum HSK 5 or equivalent) with excellent speaking and listening skills; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in educational travel, tourism, study tour operations, event management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in itinerary planning, program design, and creating promotional materials or presentation content.
- Candidates who have studied, lived, or worked in China will be given preference.
- Excellent communication, coordination, relationship management, and public speaking abilities, with confidence in delivering presentations to groups or clients.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote programs and support participant recruitment and conversion.
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations professionally and effectively.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
