Perusahaan mencari seorang pemimpin untuk mengelola seluruh aktivitas gudang dan ekspedisi guna memastikan alur barang dari penerimaan hingga pengiriman berjalan lancar dan efisien. Peran ini mencakup pengembangan strategi operasional, optimalisasi kapasitas gudang, serta pengelolaan biaya operasional agar selaras dengan target perusahaan. Selain itu, posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas akurasi inventaris, keamanan stok, serta ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Manajer akan memimpin dan mengembangkan tim untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, kedisiplinan, serta memastikan seluruh kegiatan operasional mematuhi SOP, standar keselamatan, dan regulasi yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee all Warehouse & Expedition activities; Develop strategies and work plans to ensure the availability, accuracy, and security of inventory; Optimize warehouse capacity, resource utilization, and operational costs; Ensure distribution and delivery processes are completed on time; Monitor inventory, stock movements, and stock opname results; Establish and evaluate Warehouse & Expedition KPIs; Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions; Lead and develop the team; Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience with prior experience in a managerial position; Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and distribution; Proven experience managing stock accuracy, warehouse capacity, delivery performance, and operational costs; Ability to develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service levels across warehouse and expedition operations; Strong capabilities in planning, monitoring, budgeting, and performance management.
