Shoetown Mustika Indonesia is seeking a highly experienced and strategic PPIC professional to lead production planning and inventory control activities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, accurate material planning, and alignment with company performance targets.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in PPIC within manufacturing, preferably in the footwear industry, with at least 2–3 years in a Supervisor or Manager role; Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and production monitoring; Strong knowledge of material receiving, material control, and coordination with suppliers and internal departments; Experience in inventory control, including stock opname and ensuring alignment between physical stock and system data; Understanding of production tools management (e.g., last, mold, and other equipment), including planning, distribution, and basic maintenance; Ability to track, control, and procure tools to ensure availability and cost efficiency; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and targets; Familiar with KPI systems and continuous improvement practices (Lean/Kaizen); Proficiency in English is an advantage; Manage and ensure production planning is aligned with targets and production capacity; Monitor and evaluate daily production processes to ensure output meets planning; Control and ensure accuracy of production, inventory, and material data through ERP systems in real-time; Manage material availability, including coordination with suppliers and internal departments; Oversee inventory control processes and periodic stock opname activities; Manage the usage, distribution, and maintenance of production tools to support operations; Plan and control tools and material requirements to maintain cost efficiency; Prepare regular reports on production, inventory, and material usage for management review; Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations; Identify potential issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency; Important Note:; Recruitment is *free of charge (no fees required).
