The STAR Development Program is a training program designed by the company to develop future leaders. This program is intended for fresh graduates or new employees with high potential. Objectives of the program: Prepare candidates for managerial or leadership positions in the future.Provide an in-depth understanding of the company's business. Develop technical and leadership skills while helping trainees gain exposure to various departments through job rotations.
Kualifikasi: Full-time.; Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any major.; Strong Leadership and Teamwork; Strong knowledge of the service industry.; Excellent proficiency in English (active and fluent), both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills.; Experience in leadership roles within organizations.; Willing to commit to a 1-year service bond.; Willing to be placed in all branches, both in Indonesia and possibly also abroad.; Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.; Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining integrity..
