Posisi Management Trainee ini dirancang untuk individu yang berorientasi pada pelanggan dan memiliki minat besar dalam industri konstruksi digital. Anda akan berperan dalam mendukung kesuksesan klien melalui demonstrasi produk, pelatihan teknis, serta memberikan panduan proyek yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan bisnis klien. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik, ketahanan terhadap tekanan, serta semangat kerja tim yang kuat. Anda diharapkan mampu belajar secara mandiri, memecahkan masalah secara proaktif, dan memiliki pola pikir yang berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan produk di kalangan klien utama.
Tanggung jawab: Support product demo meetings, including but not limited to technical demand exploration, product demo, Q&A, etc; Provide product professional training to product users; monitor product usage of key clients and improve customer satisfaction through various approaches; Provide project guidance for key clients based on business needs.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related disciplines; Preferred skill (s): BIM expertise, digital construction; Excellent communication skills, pressure resistance, teamwork spirit and relationship-building ability; Strong sense of purpose and prominent customer-oriented mindset; Strong self-learning ability and capacity to solve problems independently, with a proactive and optimistic attitude.
