MT is a development program designed to prepare employees for future leadership. In this position, trainees are assigned to the Operations department.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, or other related fields with minimum GPA of 3.00; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are also encouraged; Fluent in English both verbal and written; Strong interest in the Food & Beverage industry; Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn; Willing to be placed all over Ateria Group.
