SIMGROUP is a growing human resource solutions provider. The Management Development Program (MDP) is a structured 6-month development initiative designed to prepare future leaders within the company. Participants will undergo a comprehensive program including onboarding, in-class training, and on-the-job training (OJT), culminating in a final presentation. The program aims to provide a thorough understanding of the company's business processes, client management, business development, and operational strategies.
Tanggung jawab: Participate in a 6-month structured development program including onboarding, in-class training, on-the-job training (OJT), and final presentation; Study the company's business processes thoroughly to prepare for a future leadership role; Develop skills in client management, business development, and operational strategy.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00; Minimum 1 year of work experience in any field; Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar; Willing to follow the program timeline and be placed according to company needs; Willing to participate in all recruitment stages, both online and offline.
