Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering; Proficiency in Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, QCC, 7 Tools, 8 Steps, SHE, Business Process Analysis, and SOP Development; Experience in performance evaluation, training, coaching, and cross-functional improvement programs.
