This role focuses on driving operational excellence and organizational growth. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing business processes, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and evaluating performance to ensure continuous improvement across the organization.
Tanggung jawab: Facilitate training and coaching; Manage cross-functional improvement programs; Analyze business processes and develop SOPs; Evaluate organizational performance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering; Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, QCC, 7 Tools, 8 Steps, SHE); Experience in business process analysis, SOP development, and performance evaluation; Proven ability to facilitate training, coaching, and cross-functional improvement programs.
