Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas pengelolaan operasional harian properti retail, mencakup pengawasan fasilitas gedung, teknik dan pemeliharaan, keamanan, kebersihan, parkir, layanan pelanggan, serta fungsi manajemen properti lainnya untuk memastikan standar pelayanan yang prima. Anda juga akan berperan dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan klien, penyewa, vendor, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya, mengoordinasikan tim multidisiplin, mengelola anggaran operasional, kontrak vendor, serta mengidentifikasi peluang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja aset secara keseluruhan.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline; Demonstrated experience in property or building management , preferably within shopping malls, retail properties , mixed-use developments, or other large-scale customer-facing commercial assets, with previous responsibility for property operations an; Strong understanding of retail property operations , including Facilities Management, engineering and maintenance, tenant relations, security, housekeeping, vendors, customer experience, operational compliance, and service delivery; Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial capabilities , with the confidence to engage clients, tenants, senior stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams while managing budgets, contracts, service performance, and complex operation; Proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded, with strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting capabilities and the ability to lead a fast-paced property operation while continuously improving service and asset performance.
