Tanggung Jawab

• Design and deliver hands-on lessons and workshops in making and creating for elementary and junior high school students
• Guide students in building, programming, and troubleshooting simple to intermediate projects
• Introduce safe and effective use of hand tools, electronic components, and digital learning platforms
• Foster collaboration and teamwork as students work on group projects and design challenges
• Collaborate with teachers across disciplines to integrate projects into broader learning units
• Participate in professional development, school meetings, and continuous learning
• Requirements:
• D3 or Bachelor’s degree (preferably Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent
• Passion for tinkering and innovating with tools, electronics, and creative projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners
• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for lifelong learning
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Proficiency in using hand tools (saws, chisels, etc.) and power tools (drills, sanders, etc.)
• Skills in metal cutting & shaping (welding, soldering, brazing)
• Experience in creating and implementing workshops
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
