Facilitating hands-on learning through creative workshops, projects, programming, and safe tool use for Elementary to Junior High students.
Tanggung jawab: Design and deliver hands-on lessons and workshops in making and creating for elementary and junior high school students; Guide students in building, programming, and troubleshooting simple to intermediate projects; Introduce safe and effective use of hand tools, electronic components, and digital learning platforms; Foster collaboration and teamwork as students work on group projects and design challenges; Collaborate with teachers across disciplines to integrate projects into broader learning units; Participate in professional development, school meetings, and continuous learning; Requirements:; D3 or Bachelor’s degree (preferably Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent; Passion for tinkering and innovating with tools, electronics, and creative projects; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners; Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for lifelong learning; Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment; Proficiency in using hand tools (saws, chisels, etc.) and power tools (drills, sanders, etc.); Skills in metal cutting & shaping (welding, soldering, brazing); Experience in creating and implementing workshops; Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
