As a Maintenance Technician within the GWS (Global Workplace Solutions) Engineering/Maintenance segment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity of small to medium-sized industrial buildings and their associated systems. This position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, dedicated to providing high-quality support, preventive maintenance, and repairs. Your daily responsibilities will involve performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and various building systems. You will conduct routine inspections to diagnose potential issues, execute necessary repairs, and assist in the installation and modification of building equipment. Additionally, you will review work orders, track completion progress, support energy management initiatives to ensure system efficiency, and ensure all installations comply with building codes and safety regulations.
