Position Summary The Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of the school's facilities and infrastructure. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, supports the operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and functional learning environment for students, staff, and visitors. The Maintenance Staff works closely with the Facilities and Operations team to ensure all school buildings and equipment are properly maintained and comply with safety standards. Qualifications & Experience Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related technical field. Diploma (D1/D2/D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or MEP maintenance. Previous experience in an international school, educational institution, hospitality, residential, or commercial building is preferred. Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance independently. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of workplace health and safety procedures. Able to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Basic English communication is an advantage.
