Maintenance Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk merencanakan, mengawasi, dan memantau program pemeliharaan preventif serta korektif guna memastikan seluruh peralatan dan fasilitas beroperasi dengan aman, andal, dan efisien. Peran ini melibatkan analisis kegagalan peralatan, implementasi tindakan perbaikan, serta pengelolaan jadwal pemeliharaan dan vendor eksternal. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas mengelola anggaran pemeliharaan, inventaris suku cadang, serta melakukan inspeksi lapangan secara berkala untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan. Staf juga akan memimpin proyek peningkatan keandalan aset, menyusun laporan kinerja, serta membimbing tim pemeliharaan di berbagai lokasi operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs; Ensure all equipment and facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently; Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions; Manage maintenance schedules, contractors, and external service providers; Monitor maintenance costs, budgets, and spare parts inventory; Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards; Lead improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime; Prepare maintenance reports, KPI analysis, and asset performance reviews; Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance teams across multiple locations.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines; Minimum 4–7 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, utilities, electrical, and mechanical systems; Proven experience in oil & gas, fuel retail/SPBU, terminal, depot, or other industrial environments, preferably managing maintenance across multiple sites; Experience managing multiple sites and maintenance vendors is preferred.
