Perusahaan manufaktur Jepang terkemuka di Cikarang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Maintenance Assistant Manager guna memimpin dan mengarahkan operasional departemen pemeliharaan mesin. Perusahaan fokus pada pencapaian efisiensi operasional yang tinggi melalui pengelolaan tim yang handal serta penerapan strategi perawatan yang berkelanjutan untuk mendukung kelancaran proses produksi. Anda bertanggung jawab mengelola dan memotivasi tim pemeliharaan melalui pembinaan dan bimbingan teknis, mengarahkan kinerja departemen berdasarkan target tahunan, serta mengawasi kegiatan pemeliharaan harian agar berjalan aman dan efisien. Peran ini juga mengharuskan Anda memimpin investigasi masalah perkakas dan cetakan (tooling & die), menginisiasi proyek perbaikan berkelanjutan seperti Kaizen untuk menekan waktu henti (downtime), serta berkolaborasi dengan berbagai departemen terkait guna mengatasi tantangan operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and motivate the maintenance team by providing coaching, technical guidance, and opportunities for continuous skills development; Drive departmental performance by translating business objectives into annual maintenance plans, priorities, and measurable targets; Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure that operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with production requirements; Investigate tooling and die-related issues, identify potential root causes, and lead the implementation of effective corrective and preventive measures; Initiate and support continuous improvement and Kaizen projects aimed at enhancing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and improving maintenance efficiency; Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other relevant functions to address equipment, tooling, and operational challenges; Monitor the progress and effectiveness of maintenance initiatives and ensure that agreed corrective actions are implemented within the required timeline; Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance strategies and long-term improvement programs to support stable and efficient manufacturing operations; Other task assigned; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Associate degree (D3) preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Maintenance, Mold, Dies, or a related technical function within the manufacturing industry; Strong ability to develop departmental objectives, annual work plans, and actionable strategies to support business and operational goals; Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and other departments; Only CV in English will be processed.
