Posisi Madya Interior Designer menawarkan kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk menangani berbagai proyek berskala besar, khususnya proyek hotel dan bangunan bertingkat tinggi. Peran ini menuntut kreativitas tinggi serta pemahaman mendalam mengenai prinsip desain, estetika, dan standar teknis industri. Tugas utama posisi ini meliputi penyusunan dokumentasi desain yang akurat, pengelolaan pengukuran serta perhitungan detail, serta penerapan prinsip konstruksi, material, tata cahaya, teori warna, dan gaya furnitur. Selain itu, desainer diharapkan mampu berkolaborasi secara efektif dalam tim, mengomunikasikan gagasan secara jelas, serta bertanggung jawab menyelesaikan seluruh pekerjaan secara mandiri dan tepat waktu.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field; Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail; Good time management, organization, and ability to meet deadlines; Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team; Basic communication skills — able to explain ideas clearly; Accuracy in measurements, calculations, and documentation; Approximately 5-8 years’ experience of working; Experienced in handling Hotel Projects/High rise building; Proactive and conscientious; Ability to work independently, proactively and responsibly while being a team player; Have knowledge for details in Fix and Lose furniture; Skills & Software:; Proficient in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Blender, Revit; Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel for schedules and reports; Basic understanding of construction, materials, lighting, color theory, and furniture styles; Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards; Personal Attributes.
