A growing villa management company in Bali is looking for a motivated Indonesian candidate to join our team. This role is primarily focused on monthly and yearly villa rentals. You will help generate new leads, communicate with potential tenants, and support the day-to-day operations of our growing rental business. You will also serve as a backup for our short-term reservation team when needed by assisting with guest inquiries and reservations for daily villa rentals. Full-time position only (no other part-time job allowed) Good English (spoken and written) Comfortable communicating with customers and building relationships Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive Active on social media and familiar with Facebook groups, Instagram, and online marketplaces Salary Salary will depend on experience.
Tanggung jawab: Manage inquiries for long-term villa rentals (monthly and yearly stays); Communicate with prospective tenants via WhatsApp, email, and other channels; Post available properties on social media platforms and online marketplaces; Monitor Facebook groups, social media, and other platforms to identify people looking for accommodation in Bali and proactively connect them with suitable properties; Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings; Provide backup support to the short-term reservations team by responding to guest inquiries and assisting with daily villa rental reservations when needed; Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth move-in process; Support various operational and administrative tasks related to the villa rental business; Be available to work flexible hours when needed; This is an in-office position. Remote work is not available.
