Sebagai Lokal Store Marketing Senior Staff, Anda akan memimpin inisiatif pemasaran di tingkat toko, mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan visibilitas merek, serta mendorong performa penjualan melalui pendekatan yang berorientasi pada pelanggan. Anda akan bekerja dalam tim Marketing & Communications untuk merancang dan mengeksekusi kampanye promosi, berkolaborasi dengan manajemen toko untuk mengoptimalkan peluang pasar lokal, serta memantau tren kompetitor guna memastikan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan di pasar.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities across assigned store locations; Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and effectiveness within local markets; Collaborate with store management teams to identify local market opportunities and optimise marketing initiatives for maximum impact; Lead the development and implementation of point-of-sale materials, signage and other promotional assets for store environments; Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth; Report on campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on local marketing effectiveness.
