Job Requirements: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Experience : 2–5 years of experience in procurement or logistics. Experience in manufacturing or freight forwarding is a plus.
Systems : Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables). Knowledge : Familiar with international shipping (ocean and air freight), customs clearance, Incoterms, and sourcing processes. Skills : Strong negotiation, data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Language : Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international roles. Soft Skills : Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and a self-starter. Job Responsibilities:
Procurement : Source suppliers, issue purchase orders (POs), negotiate prices and terms, and track order deliveries. Logistics : Arrange international shipments (ocean and air freight), manage customs clearance, and ensure timely delivery. Cost Control : Monitor budgets, analyze cost data, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Supplier Management : Evaluate vendor performance, resolve quality or delivery issues, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Inventory Coordination : Work with warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. Documentation : Prepare and verify shipping documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists) and ensure regulatory compliance.
