Logistics Manager (with Strong IT Background)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly efficient Logistics Manager to take full control of our supply chain and material tracking. You will be responsible for ensuring our waterproofing materials reach construction sites on time and without loss. A strong background in IT is required to run, optimize, and digitize our inventory systems so we can eliminate manual errors and paperwork. Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Supply Chain Management Inventory Control : Maintain accurate stock levels of membranes, chemicals, and tools. Site Dispatch : Coordinate daily deliveries to various construction projects across Bali.

Supplier Coordination : Manage orders with local and international vendors to avoid stockouts. Fleet Routing : Optimize delivery routes and schedules for drivers to ensure on-time delivery. Loss Prevention : Implement strict warehouse controls to eliminate material damage and missing stock.

System Optimization & Digital Tracking System Management : Run and maintain our digital inventory/ERP software daily. Data Accuracy : Ensure all physical stock movements match our digital records perfectly.

Process Digitalization : Replace manual, paper-based tracking with fast, cloud-based workflows. Performance Reporting : Generate clear, data-driven digital reports on stock usage and costs. Requirements & Qualifications
