About the role PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia is seeking a Logistic & Delivery Admin to join our operations team in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position based on-site that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse, storage, and distribution network. As Logistic & Delivery Admin, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, managing administrative tasks that directly impact our delivery performance and customer satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining our high operational standards and supporting the company's growth objectives in the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics sector. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage logistics documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, bills of lading, and shipping manifests Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and warehouse stock levels Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules Process and verify shipping documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements Support the preparation of delivery schedules and route optimisation Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records Generate logistical reports and performance metrics for management review Assist in warehouse organisation and ensure compliance with safety standards Coordinate with the delivery team to resolve logistical challenges and delays What we're looking
