Tanggung jawab: Handle litigation cases and disputes related to land, assets, and property development projects involving the company; Prepare and manage legal documents and litigation files, while coordinating with external legal counsel, courts, Badan Pertanahan Negara (BPN), notaries, and other relevant authorities; Conduct negotiations and mediation to resolve disputes through out-of-court settlement; Provide legal opinions and legal risk analysis to management, monitor the progress of legal cases, and prepare periodic reports; Maintain and ensure the completeness and proper filing of the company's legal documents.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent; Strong understanding of civil law, criminal law, procedural law, and regulations relevant to the company's industry; Proficient in legal drafting and legal analysis, with excellent negotiation and communication skills; Experience in handling litigation and court proceedings is an advantage; Preferable have PERADI license; Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
