About the Role Joining the Production/Operations department and reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Line Leader is responsible for leading the small pack production line to achieve daily production targets while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Maintain a zero-accident record on the small pack line. Ensure all production processes run in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and established quality standards. Ensure the availability of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials, as well as machine readiness, to meet daily production targets. Monitor production process parameters and machine usage and optimize manpower efficiency. Lead, direct, and develop the production team in implementing 5R, PPE discipline, Zero Complaint, and Continuous Improvement. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 year of working experience in lead production team; experience in chemical/painting/waterproofing production is preferred. Technical Competency: Production planning & process, familiarity with ERP systems, EHS awareness, quality awareness, and 5S. Soft Competency: Honest & responsible, disciplined, diligent and meticulous, with strong leadership & teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
