XY Illumination is an architectural lighting solutions company supplying carefully selected lighting products for residential, hospitality, and commercial construction projects across Indonesia. We work closely with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, consultants, contractors, and project owners to deliver lighting solutions from design development through procurement and project execution. We are looking for a Lighting Project Specialist to support our Sales & Project Manager and help prepare, coordinate, and follow up our architectural lighting projects. This is a technical and project-focused role for someone who is comfortable working with architectural drawings, lighting layouts, project documentation, and design coordination.
Tanggung jawab: Support Sales & Project Manager in architectural lighting projects; Prepare, coordinate, and follow up project documentation and design coordination; Work with architectural drawings, lighting layouts, and project execution tasks.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in lighting, architecture, interior design, electrical/MEP, or construction projects; Able to read and understand architectural, interior, and lighting drawings; Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drawing software; DIALux or lighting calculation experience is an advantage; Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills; Good spoken and written English; University Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design, or a related field; English cover letter required explaining experience working with architectural, interior, or lighting drawings and suitability for the position.
