Lender Negotiation Specialist bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola negosiasi dengan lembaga keuangan dan mitra pemberi pinjaman guna mencapai kesepakatan penyelesaian yang menguntungkan. Peran ini melibatkan manajemen hubungan profesional, analisis data untuk strategi negosiasi, serta penanganan berbagai kasus secara efisien melalui telepon, komunikasi daring, maupun pertemuan langsung.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct negotiations with banks, multifinance companies, and digital lending platforms; Negotiate settlement terms, including discounts, interest waivers, penalties, and payment arrangements; Build and maintain strong professional relationships with lender and collection teams; Manage negotiations through phone calls, online communication, and in-person meetings when required; Maintain accurate records of negotiation activities, offers, agreements, and outcomes; Prepare regular reports on negotiation progress and settlement results; Analyze negotiation trends and use data to develop effective negotiation strategies; Manage multiple cases and prioritize negotiations based on urgency and potential outcomes; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure negotiated solutions align with customer needs and business objectives; Ensure all agreements and settlement processes are properly documented and compliant with applicable regulations.
