Legal Officer with strong background in fintech, P2P lending business or multi finance industry.
Tanggung jawab: Draft and issue Complaint Closure Letters in response to consumer complaints submitted through OJK Portal; Monitor routine and incidental regulatory reporting obligations in collaboration with the team, using internal reporting tracking tools; Prepare and submit routine and incidental regulatory reports based on finalized data provided by relevant departments; Draft and review legal documents including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and cooperation agreements; Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) before escalation for final approval; Contribute to the development and review of SOPs, working papers, guidelines, and internal governance documents; Review internal articles and coordinate with relevant departments for further processing where applicable; Support ad-hoc compliance tasks as assigned by the supervisor; Ensure all compliance-related tasks are properly coordinated to avoid duplication and miscommunication within the Compliance function.
