Posisi Legal Contract & Partnership Senior Specialist bertugas mendukung perusahaan dalam mengelola, meninjau, serta merancang berbagai perjanjian komersial dan kemitraan, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan vendor dan mitra bisnis. Peran ini mencakup penyusunan, peninjauan, dan revisi beragam jenis dokumen kontrak komersial dan kerja sama, memastikan keselarasan kontrak dengan hukum yang berlaku, kebijakan perusahaan, serta kebutuhan bisnis. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan internal dan mitra eksternal selama proses negosiasi berlangsung.
Tanggung jawab: We are looking for a Legal Contract & Partnership Specialist to support the company in managing and reviewing contracts, particularly for partnerships with vendors and business partners; About the role; This role involves drafting, reviewing, and revising various types of commercial and partnership agreements, and preparing and managing contracts related to partnerships with vendors and business partners; Key responsibilities; Draft, review, and revise various types of commercial and partnership agreements; Prepare and manage contracts related to partnerships with vendors and business partners; Ensure contracts are aligned with applicable laws, company policies, and business requirements; Review contractual terms, identify potential legal and commercial risks, and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders; Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external business partners throughout the contract negotiation process; Support contract negotiation and ensure key terms are properly documented and agreed upon; Maintain proper documentation and records of contracts and related legal documents; Provide legal and contractual support for business partnerships and other corporate initiatives as required; About you.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, contract review, legal, or commercial partnership roles; Strong knowledge and experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts; Strong written and spoken English is required, as the role will handle contracts and communication with international partners, particularly vendors from China; Strong attention to detail with good analytical and negotiation skills; Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously; Experience working with international vendors or China-based business partners is a plus.
