Sutala Market yang berlokasi di Nuanu Creative City, Tabanan, Bali, merupakan sebuah distrik gastronomi dan gaya hidup terkurasi. Posisi Leasing Specialist (FnB & Lifestyle) bertanggung jawab untuk mendekati dan merekrut operator F&B serta gaya hidup, mengelola prospek tenant baru, melakukan kunjungan situs, serta merundingkan perjanjian sewa hingga tercapainya kesepakatan kerjasama komersial.
Tanggung jawab: Respond to new tenant leads quickly and qualify them (concept, size, technical needs, opening date); Approach F&B and lifestyle operators in Bali, Jakarta and the region; Lead site visits and coordinate technical checks with the project team; Prepare proposals and explain all terms clearly, including service charge and promotion levy; Negotiate within approved terms and guide tenants to a signed LOO and lease agreement; Collect tenant documents and hand signed tenants over to operations; Keep all deals updated in the CRM and send daily and weekly reports; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: 2+ years in commercial/retail leasing, F&B business development or property sales; Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written; Organised, quick to follow up, comfortable with CRM tools; Able to work on site at Nuanu, Tabanan; Nice to have; A network in the Bali F&B scene; Experience with Kommo or a similar CRM; Full-time, on site (Nuanu Creative City, Bali).
