Posisi ini memastikan seluruh proses pengembangan produk, mulai dari riset, formulasi, uji coba, validasi, hingga implementasi ke produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Lead daily Research and Development (R&D) activities; Plan, develop, and implement new product development projects in accordance with company objectives; Conduct product research, formulation development, and process improvement to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency; Evaluate and improve existing products based on customer requirements, market trends, and production performance; Plan, execute, and monitor laboratory trials, pilot trials, and production trials; Analyze test results and prepare technical reports with recommendations for product and process improvements; Investigate technical issues related to product performance and recommend effective solutions; Manage R&D projects to ensure completion within the established timeline and budget.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D), preferably in a manufacturing or food industry; Strong knowledge of product development , formulation, raw materials, production processes, and product quality standards; Familiar with product trials, validation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; Creative, innovative, and able to identify market trends and translate them into product development; Demonstrated leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
