The Joy Of Learning merupakan pusat pengayaan berbasis metode Montessori yang berlokasi di Citraland, Surabaya Barat, dan kini memperluas jangkauan melalui pembukaan cabang baru. Program kami dirancang khusus untuk anak usia 18 bulan hingga 9 tahun dengan berbagai aktivitas interaktif seperti music & movement. Sebagai Lead Teacher, Anda bertanggung jawab memimpin kegiatan kelas harian yang berlandaskan kurikulum Montessori dan pembelajaran tematik. Peran ini mencakup penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (lesson plans), mendekorasi kelas sesuai tema, mengobservasi serta mengevaluasi perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh, serta menjalin komunikasi yang hangat dan profesional dengan para orang tua murid.

Our programs cater to children aged 18 months to 9 years with engaging activities such as music & movement, s; We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, dedicated educators to create joyful learning experiences with us; Available Positions: Lead Teacher (Preschool / Kindergarten) Music Teacher (Full-Time & Part-Time positions available); Key Responsibilities: Lead Teacher: Lead daily class activities based on Montessori and thematic learning, design lesson plans, and decorate themed classrooms; Music Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging Music & Movement sessions tailored for early childhood development; Student Progress & Care: Observe, assess, and document children’s development, milestones, and daily performance. Parent Communication: Maintain open, warm, and professional communication with parents regarding their child's progress. Safety & Enviro; Requirements:.
