Wecruit Lab Indonesia is partnering with LS MnM to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within a complex industrial environment. This role serves as a vital bridge between Korean management, Chinese management-level personnel at IMIP, and local organizational teams. The position goes beyond standard office translation, requiring active participation in on-site field activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional interpretation and translation services across various operational domains, including production, facility management, safety protocols, and general field operations. This role demands a high level of adaptability to work in the remote area of Morowali, Indonesia, and requires the candidate to be comfortable working in an environment where family relocation is restricted.
Tanggung jawab: Support smooth communication and collaboration between Korean managers, Chinese management-level personnel, and the local organization; Provide on-site communication and interpretation related to production, facilities, safety, operations, and other field activities.
Kualifikasi: Advanced/professional-level Korean and Chinese interpretation and translation skills; Ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting between Korean and Chinese managers; Willingness and ability to work long-term in Morowali, Indonesia, as an independent assignee; Willingness to work in an environment where accompanying family members is generally restricted; Willingness to work 6 days per week; No restrictions or disqualifying circumstances regarding employment in Indonesia and obtaining the required work visa; Experience in interpretation/translation within manufacturing, plant, or production sites; Experience working for Chinese manufacturing, plant, mining, smelting, or construction companies; Experience in production, facilities, safety, or quality-related work, or experience translating technical documents; Overseas living or working experience in China, Korea, or other countries; Proficiency in English or Indonesian; Experience working and coordinating with Chinese managers and local organizations.
