YAPPIKA-ActionAid is an organization managing strategic programs under the Gender Responsive and Inclusive Public Services (GRIPS) framework, including the Safe Schools, Healthy Villages, Solidarity, and VOICES programs. These initiatives focus on improving public services, strengthening social accountability, enhancing community participation, and advocating for policies that support vulnerable groups. The organization works in collaboration with local and national civil society partners, local governments, and various stakeholders to drive systemic change. The Program Coordinator will provide strong leadership to manage the complexity of multi-issue, multi-region, and multi-partner programs. The role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of program results, maintaining high-quality implementation, upholding accountability, and developing future program strategies. The coordinator will oversee initiatives ranging from education quality and health services to civil space strengthening and youth-led advocacy, ensuring that all activities align with the organization's mission of social justice and inclusive public services.
