Lead and supervise daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, contractors, visitors, and facilities. Organize, assign, and monitor daily duties and shift schedules for Security Guards. Conduct regular patrols of company premises, including production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter fences. Monitor access control for employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and goods entering or leaving the company premises. Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, theft, vandalism, or other disturbances, and coordinate appropriate actions. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports, including incident reports and shift handover reports. Coordinate with HRGA, HSE, Production, Warehouse, and local authorities (Police, Fire Department, etc.) regarding security-related matters. Conduct toolbox meetings, security briefings, and on-the-job coaching for Security Guards. Ensure all security personnel maintain discipline, professionalism, and proper appearance while on duty. Support emergency response drills, evacuation exercises, and business continuity activities. Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with company security and safety procedures. Implement and maintain 5S/5R and HSE standards within the security work area. Perform other duties assigned by the HRGA Manager or Management.
